This is a stack of 92 images combined to show the path of the stars as they rose over the mittens and Merrick Butte in Monument Valley, Arizona. The time span for the complete sequence was an hour. The red glow in the distance is, I believe, the lights of Bluff, Utah. The star cluster over the red glow is Pleiades, also known as M45.
